Roadside Rescue Course – €450
Duration: 6 hours (3 x 2-hour or 4 x 1.5-hour sessions)
This popular course equips cyclists with practical skills to handle common mechanical problems on the road. With a hands-on approach, you'll learn to prevent and resolve issues efficiently. The course is limited to a maximum of 9 participants to ensure personalized guidance.
Course Content Includes:
- Dealing with punctures - removing/replacing wheels, tubes, & tyres
- Adjusting brakes & gears
- Dealing with a dropped chain
- How to cope with a broken chain
- Identifying potential cable or brake hose problems
- Addressing brake problems and pad replacement
- Recognising signs of wear and tear
- Cleaning and safety checking your bike
