Whether you are preparing to race at the highest level or simply wish to raise your cycling fitness a little, we can prepare a personalised programme that takes into account your objectives, physical fitness level and demands of your life circumstances. Strength & Mobility for Cyclists

Aidan’s background in Physical Education as well as his 50 years experience in cycling leave him perfectly placed to provide Strength & Mobility sessions specific to cyclists. These courses strengthen the important cycling muscles and also target those muscles groups neglected by cycling activity. This becomes more important as we age and are more prone to muscle loss. Aidan’s sessions help maintain muscle and counter the strength imbalances occurring due to cycling. This is important in preventing injury and maintaining mobility.
